**Placing Orders** By placing an order on MM Vapers, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud. **Payment Terms** • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide • No advance payment required for COD orders • Online payments via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash are accepted **Pricing** All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

**Delivery Times** • Lahore: Same-day delivery for orders before 4 PM • Other cities: 2-3 business days • Remote areas may take 4-5 business days **Shipping Charges** • FREE shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000 • Rs. 200 flat rate for orders below Rs. 5,000 **Delivery Acceptance** • Please inspect your package upon delivery • Report any damage or discrepancies immediately to the courier and contact us • Signing for delivery indicates acceptance of the package condition

**Return Policy** • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery • Products must be unopened and in original packaging • E-liquids cannot be returned once opened (hygiene reasons) **Defective Products** • Report defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos • Defective items will be replaced free of charge • Shipping costs for returns due to our error are covered by us **Refund Process** • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days • Refunds issued via original payment method or store credit • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
